Turquoise and Silver Bolo Slide by Frank Patania Sr
Gorgeous monogrammed "ALL" bolo tie created by Italian artist Frank Patania Sr. He was born in 1899 in Italy, travelled to NYC as a kid to be a jeweler's apprentice, and eventually made his way to Santa Fe in 1930 where he was deeply inspired by Navajo jewelers.
A bolo just like this with different initials is featured on page 5 of the October 1966 issue of Arizona Highways in an article called The BOLA TIE. It states the turquoise is Persian.
